Account & data deletion

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out on every device and returned to the sign-in screen.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and profile image.
• Your password and every signed-in session.
• Your access to every dealership and site you belonged to.

What is kept

Your dealership’s vehicles, photos and listings are not affected — they belong to the dealership, not to your personal account. The dealership’s audit log, which records changes made in the workspace, is also kept.

If you own the workspace

• If you are the only owner and other team members still use the workspace, you’ll be asked to transfer ownership to another admin first (or contact us).
• If you are the only member, deleting your account also cancels the workspace’s subscription.

Erasing all of a dealership’s data

A workspace owner who wants all of the dealership’s data erased — vehicles, photos, leads and team members — can email hello@podiar.co.uk from the owner’s address. We will confirm what will be deleted before we do it.
